The Sikkim Education Act,2002State Act of Sikkim · Act 11 of 2002

(1) The standards of education, syllabi, text-book and other requirements shall be such as may be prescribed by the Government.

(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1), the Government may set up a Committee for advising the Government on all aspects connected with education from time to time.
