The Sikkim Education Act,2002State Act of Sikkim · Act 11 of 2002

(1) No prosecution for an offence under this Act shall be instituted.except or with the written consent of the State Government or a. person authorised in this behalf by the State Government.

(2) No Court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the FlrstClass shalttry any:

offence under this Act.

CHAPTER - XI· MISCELLANEOUS

31. Save as otherwise provided in this Act :-

(a) Any person aggrieved by an order passed by an officer or authority: other than the Director under this Act, may prefer an appeal to the Directorwithln thirty days of the receipt of the order.

(b) Any person aggrieved by an order passed by·the Director, may prefer· an appeal to the Government within thirty days tromthe receipt of tneoroer.
