Section 7

The Sikkim Housing And Development Board Act, 1979State Act of Sikkim · Act 20 of 1979

(l) The Secretary and other officers shall perform such duties as. may be assigned to them by the Board.

(21 The Board may, from time to time, by order delegate, under such restriction, if any as it may think" fit to impose, any of its powers conferred on it by this Act, to the Secretary and to other officers of the Board specified in the order.
