The Sikkim Lokayukta Act,2014State Act of Sikkim · Act 6 of 2014

(1) Where, after the conclusion of the investigation, the findings of the Lokayukta disclose the commission of an offence under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 by a public servant referred to in clause (a) or clause (b) or clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 13, the Lokayukta may file a case in the Special Court and shall send a copy of the report together with its findings to the competent authority or may forward the findings of the Lokayukta to the concerned prosecuting agency of the State Government with a direction to pursue the matter in the Special Court and send report to the Lokayukta on the status and outcome of the prosecution from time to time.
