2) A copy of the list p!blished under sub-section (1) shatl be evidenc6 in all courls and in judiclalor qLiasl-judlciatproceedingsthat the persons iherein specllied are reglslered accord ng 10 the provisions oi this Act, and the absence of the name ol any person torm such copy shall be evidence, uniil lhe contrary is proved that such person is not registered according to the provisions of thls Act:
