And it is hereby declared that any such sale as aforesaid may be made either by public auction or private contract, and that the Corporation may make any stipulations as to title or evidence or commencement of title or otherwise in any conditions of sale or contract for sale or exchange of the said hereditaments or any part thereof, and may buy in or rescind or vary any contract for sale or exchange and re-sell or re-exchange without being responsible for any loss occasioned thereby.
