Saving always to the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, Her heirs and successors, and to all and every other person and persons, bodies politic and corporate, and his, her and their respective heirs, successors, executors and administrators and every of them (other than and except the said Sir Dinshaw Manockjee Petit, bis devisees, heirs and assigns), all such estate, right. title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of, into. out of or upon the said Mansion-house and hereditaments called Petit Hall, or any part or parts thereof, as they, every or any of them, Had before the passing of this Act, and would, could or might have had, held or enjoyed in case this Act bad not been passed.
