In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires-.
"Small Industries Bank" means the Small Industries Development Bank of Jndm, established under sub-sedion (1) of Section 3 of the . Small Industries Development :Irani( of India Act, 1989 (39 of 1989) "Board" means Board of Directors of the Small Industries Bank.
"Fund" means the Small Industrios Development Bank of India Employees' Grrouiiy and Superannuation Fund referred to !n Regulation 3. I "Superannuation benefits" do noi include contributions to the Industrial Development Bank of India Emptoyeea' Provident Fun° or ho Small InduVries Development Bank or India Employees' Provident Fund, as and vtien: it comoe into forte, as the casn may be.
