Section 13: Common Seal

Small Industries Development Bank of India (General) Regulations, 2000Central Regulations · 1989

The common seal of the Small Industries Bank shall not be affixed to any instrument except in pursuance of a resolution of the Board or of the Executive Committee, as the case may be, and in the presence of atleast three directors including the chairman and managing director or any one of the whole-time directors who shall sign their names to the instrument in token of their presence, and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any person who may sign the instrument as a witness. Unless so signed as aforesaid such instrument shall be of no validity.
