The Board may, from time to time, make such calls as it thinks fit upon the shareholders in respect of all moneys remaining unpaid on the shares held by them, and not by the conditions of allotment thereof made payable at fixed times, and each shareholder shall pay the amount of every call so made on him, to the 71 person and at the time and place appointed by the Board. A call may be made payable by instalments.
