Section 4: Powers of the Executive Committee

Small Industries Development Bank of India (General) Regulations, 2000Central Regulations · 1989

(1) The Executive Committee shall have full powers, subject to the provisions of section 34 of the Act, to transact all the usual business of the Small Industries Bank except in such matters as are specifically reserved to the Board under the Act or any regulations made thereunder.

(2) In the exercise of its powers, the Executive Committee shall be bound by such general or special directions as the Board may give from time to time.
