Section 42: Forfeited shares to be property of the Small Industries Bank and may be sold

Small Industries Development Bank of India (General) Regulations, 2000Central Regulations · 1989

Any share so forfeited shall be deemed to be the property of the Small Industries Bank and may be sold, reallotted or otherwise disposed of, either to the original holder thereof or to any other person upon such terms and in such manner as the Board may decide.
