Section 53: Notice convening a general meeting

Small Industries Development Bank of India (General) Regulations, 2000Central Regulations · 1989

(1) A notice convening a general meeting of the shareholders signed by the chairman and managing director or any one of the whole-time directors of the Small Industries Bank shall be published at least twenty one clear days before the meeting in not less than two daily newspapers having wide circulation in India.

(2) Every such notice shall state the time, date and place of such meeting, and also the business that shall be transacted at that meeting.
