Section 55: Business at general meetings

(1) No business other than that specified in Section 20 G of the Act shall be transacted at the annual general meeting except with the consent of the chairman of the meeting.

(2) Except with the consent of the chairman of the meeting, no business shall be transacted or discussed at any extraordinary general meeting, except the business for which the meeting has been convened.
