Section 27: Repeal and saving.

The Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976Central Act · Act 13 of 1976

(1) The Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Ordinance, 1975 (20 of 1975), is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
