Section 12: Appeal.

The Special Protection Group Act, 1988Central Act · Act 34 of 1988

(1) Any member of the Group aggrieved by an order under section 11 may, within thirty days from the date of such order, prefer an appeal to a Board to be constituted by the Central Government.

(2) The Board shall consist of such persons as may be prescribed.

(3) The decision of the Board shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court or tribunal.

(4) The Board shall have power to regulate its own procedure.
