Section 10: Returns to be made by registered owners.

The Spices Board Act, 1986Central Act · Act 10 of 1986

(1) A registered owner shall furnish returns to the Board in such form, at such times and in such manner as may be prescribed.

(2) The Board may authorise an officer to visit any estate at any time to verify the accuracy of any return made under this section or to ascertain the productive capacity of the estate.
