Section 2: Definition

Standing Committee Rules.1996 under section 28Central Rules · 1980

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires :-

(a) “Act” means the Brahma‘putra Board Act, 1980 (46 of 1980) ;

(b) “Board" means the Brahmaputra Board established under Section 4 of the Act.;

(C) “Master Plans" means Master Plans prepared by the Brahmaputra Board;

(d) “Chairman” means the Chairman of the Brahmaputra Board;

(e) “Vice-Chairman” means the Vice-Chairman of the Brahmaputra Board;
