The state Emblem of Uttar Pradesh (Regulation of Use),Rules,2021State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 2019

(1) These rules may be called the State Emblem of Uttar Pradesh (Regulation of Use} Rules, 2021 - .

(2) They shall come into force from the date of publication in the Official Gazelle, :

2. In these rules unless the context otherwise requires, -

(a) “Act” means the Uttar Pradesh State Emblem (Prohibition of Improper Use) Act, 2019;

(b) "Emblem" means the State Emblem of Uttar Pradésh as defined in clause (b) of section 2 of the Act;
