The persons who immediately before the appointed day . are the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Union territory of Himachal Pradesh shall be the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker, respectively, of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Himachal Pradesh on and from that day.
