इस अ᭟ याय के अधीन कायᭅ करन े वाला के᭠ ᮤ ीय सरकार से िभ᭠ न ᮧ᭜ यके ᮧािधकारी, अपने कतᭅ᭪ यᲂ का िनवᭅहन के᭠ ᮤ ीय सरकार के िनयंᮢण के अधीन रहते ᱟए करेगा;

पर᭠ तु इस िनयम कᳱ कोई भी बात म᭎ु य िनयंᮢक कᳱ अपन े अधीन᭭ थ अिधकाᳯरयᲂ पर िनयंᮢण कᳱ कायᭅपालक शिᲦ पर ᮧभाव डालन ेवाली नहᱭ समझी जाएगी। अ᭟ याय 6 छूट
