Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Ordinance, 1978Ordinance · 1978

(7) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government, the Custodian-General or any other officer of Government or any Custodian in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Ordinance.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall He against the Government, the Custodian-General or any other officer of Government or any Curitodian for any damage caused, or likely to be caused, by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Ordinance.
