Section 8: Functions and powers of the Secretary

(1) The Secretary shall be. the principal officer of the Committee and shall be the custodian of all assets.

(2) The Secretary shall maintain or cause to lie maintained true and proper accounts of the receipts and disbursement of the funds of the Committee.

(3) The Secretary shall convene meetings of the Committee with the previous approval of Ihe Chairman and shall also attend meetings and shall be responsible for maintaining a record of the minutes of the proceedings of (he meetings.
