Section 37: Residuary power of the Board

The Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner Act, 1987State Act of Rajasthan · Act 39 of 1987

(1) The Board shall have power to deal with any matter pertaining to the University and not specifically assigned to the Board under this Act.

(2) the Board may, subject to the approval by the Chancellor, admit any college, institution, research station or extension centre or any other body or organization to the privileges of the University on such terms and conditions as the Board may deem necessary.
