“(4) On and from the first day of May 2010, an officer on transfer shall be eligible to draw a lump sum amount for expenses connected with packing, local transportation, insuring the baggage, etc., as specified in the Table below, namely:- “TABLE Grade Lump Sum Top Executive and Senior Management Rs.12,000 Middle Management and Junior Management Rs.9,000”.
