The Tamil Nadu Municipal Accounts Service shall consist of the following categories, namely:- Category I Senior Municipal Accounts Officer.

Category II Municipal Accounts Officer.

Category III Senior Accountant.

Category IV Accountant.

Category V Accounts Assistant.
