Acts and Rules – The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (Central Act 27 of 2006) – Constitution of Micro and Small E…State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 2006

(i) These rules may be called the Tamil Nadu Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2017.

(ii) They shall extend to the whole of Tamil Nadu.

(iii) They shall come into force from the date of the publication in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
