Section 9: Power to remove difficulties

The Tamil Nadu Admission to Undergraduate Professional Courses on Preferential Basis to Students of Government Schools Act, 2021State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 14 of 2021

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any provisions of this Act, the Government may, by an order published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the said difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of the commencement of this Act.
