Section 117: Submission of representation

Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1987

Any person aggrieved by disallowance, surcharge or charge made, may within fourteen days from the date of service of communication under rule 116 represent to the Government in writing.

Any order passed on such representation by the Government shall be final.
