Section 52: Daily crediting of money

Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1987

(1) Subject to the direction issued by the Government on the application of the Board or market committee, as the case may be or otherwise all moneys received by the Board or market committee, as the case may be, shall be credited daily in a Nationalised Bank, a post office savings bank or a co-operative bank.

(2) Every market committee shall maintain a register of daily receipts from each market in Form 33, a register of postings of miscellaneous receipts in Form 34 and a register of daily expenditure in Form 35. The Board shall maintain a register of receipt and expenditure in Form 36.
