Section 78: Authority to sanction refund of deposits

Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1987

No amount of deposit shall be refunded except by or with the sanction of the executive authority concerned:

Provided that in respect of refund of deposits relating to works, the sanction of Board or market committee as the case may be shall be obtained.
