Section 8: Cessation of office of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman

Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1987

(1) Subject to the provisions of the Act, the Chairman or Vice-Chairman, as the case may be, shall, cease to hold office, as such on his ceasing to be a member or in his resignation.

(2) The Vice-Chairman shall cease to hold office as such on his election as the Chairman.
