Section 90: Repayment of salaries of the Officers and Servants

(1) The repayment to the Government of the amount paid by the Government under subsection (3) of section 22 and sub-section (6) of section 37 of the Act shall be made by the market committee or Board, as the case may be within the date specified by the Government in this regard from time to time.

(2) A register in Form 58 and 59 shall be maintained by the Board and every market committee in respect of remittance of pay and allowances and pension contribution to the Government. The executive authority of the Board or market committee as the case may be shall be responsible for such repayment.
