As soon as the Deeds of Apartments are executed and registered under Sections 5 and 11 but not later than three months from the date of such registration, the apartment owners shall form a society either registered under the Tamil Nadu Co- 7 operative Societies Act, 1983 or under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act ,1975 or an Association of Apartment owners, with the object to maintain all common areas and facilities and the limited common areas and facilities, to provide such amenities as may be necessary in the common interest of all the apartment owners and to do such other things as may be considered incidental or conducive to the attainment of the objects specified in the bye- laws.
