At a meeting of the Board at the end of the month or a quarter, as the case may be, the position of realisation of the sum assessed on account of common expenses shall be reviewed and a list of defaulters shall be prepared and published in a conspicuous place of the offi ce of the Board with a notice for payment of the arrears within a period of seven days from the date of the notice. The list of defaulters shall also be shared to all members through electronic mode also.
