Section 8: Members of federation

The Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Rules, 2024.State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 2022

(1) The President and Treasurer of each constituent association or society shall be members of the federation.

(2) The President of each constituent association or society shall be the Chairman of the federation in turns.

(3) The Chairman shall be the chief executive offi cer of the federation. The term of offi ce of the Chairman of federation shall be one year from the date of his assumption of charge.

(4) Subject to a minimum of three, the quorum of the meetings of the federation shall be one-third of the total members of the federation.
