No. I I (2) /HWMP/40/2018.—The Governor o f Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands in the schedule below are required for the purpose of Widening of ECR to six lane from Thiruvanmiyur to Akkarai it having already been decided that the entire amount of Compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai Metropolitan Development Plan, Division-I, Guindy, Chennai – 32 and after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (TN Act 34/2002).

NOTICE Under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (TN Act 34/2002). The Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specifi ed in the schedule below measuring 10082 Sq. Metres of Dry land to the same, a little more or less required for the purpose of Widening of ECR to six lane from Thiruvanmiyur to Akkarai.

The plan of the land under acquisition kept in the Offi ce of the Special Deputy Collector (L.A), Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project-III, Chennai at Alandur and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
