Section 5: Pay and allowances of Chairperson

(1) The Chairperson shall be entitled to a fixed pay of Rs.80,000/- per month.

In case, retired person is appointed as Chairperson, his pay shall be fixed in accordance with the order of the Government as applicable to such person;

(2) The Chairperson shall be entitled to such allowances, leave, residential accommodation and other perquisites etc., as may be determined by the Government from time to time.
