Section 131: Breathing apparatus

Tamil Nadu Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules,2006State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1996

The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that.-

(a) suitable breathing apparatus is provided to a building worker while working in compressed air environment for his use at excavation or tunneling work: and

(b) such breathing apparatus is maintained in good working condition at all times.
