Section 10: Spread over

Tamil Nadu Catering Establishments ActState Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 13 of 1958

The periods of work of an employee shall be so arranged that along with his intervals for rest they shall not spread over more than fourteen hours in any day:

Provided that the number of intervals for rest for an employee in any day shall not exceed two.
