(1) The Authority may, with the previous sanction of the Government, make regulations consistent with this Act or the rules made thereunder, for carrying out its functions under this Act. (2) No regulation or its cancellation or modification shall have effect until the same have been approved by the Government. (3) The Government may, by notification, rescind any regulation made under this section and thereupon, the regulation shall cease to have effect.
