Section 3: Terms and conditions of service of nominated member

Chennai Unified Metropolitan Transport Authority Rules-2019State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 2010

(1) The Government shall nominate one person, who is an eminent traffic and transportation expert to be a member of the Authority.

(2) The nominated member shall have special knowledge of and experience in the field of Transport Planning, Management, Operations, Engineering, Economics or such other discipline related to Urban Transport.
