The Chair- ' man and the members shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuaqce of the provisions of this Act or tha rules made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of , t!~e Ti~dian Penal Code (Central Act XLV of 1S60).
