Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Tamil Nadu Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Rules,1994State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1948

(1) These rules may be called the Tamil Nadu Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Rules, 1994.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

(3) These rules supplement the rules already notified under Chapter IV-A of the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act 63 of 1948).
