Every suit or petition filed before the Family Court seeking relief under the provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act, Indian Divorce Act, Special Marriage Act shall be in accordance with the rules already framed by the High Court under the respective marriage laws so long they are not in any way inconsistent with the Act.
