Section 31: Report from the counsellor

Tamil Nadu Family Courts (Procedure) Rules, 1996.Central Rules · 1984

The Court may also request the counsellor to submit to it a report on any subject in order to assist the Court in adjudicating upon the matter before it or any part thereof may be supplied to the parties on request.
