The Court shall prepare a memorandum of the substance what the witness deposes as prescribed under section 15 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984).

37. Placing the petitio~ on the Board of the Court.- On the date so fixed by the Judge, the petition shall be placed before the Court for hearing and final disposal.
