Section 51: Rules under section 122 of the Code

Tamil Nadu Family Courts (Procedure) Rules, 1996.Central Rules · 1984

(i) Rules framed by the High Court under section 122 of the Code for regulating the procedure of Civil Courts subordinate to it shall apply to the Family Courts in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provision of the Act and these rules.

(ii) The Court shall give priority for execution proceedings and every endeavour shall be made to terminate the execution proceedings wil>in the shortest possible time.
