Section 41: Misconduct at the Polling station,

Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 2001

Any person, who during the hours fixed for the poll, at any Polling station misconducts himself or fails to obey the lawful directions as the case may be, may be removed from the Polling station, by any police personnel on duty for being dealt with in accordance with Law.
