(I) The Stafe Government may make 8 rule3 to carry out the purposes of this Act, - - (2) All rules made u n d c ~ this Act shall be,published ia the Ta~tii 'Mdu Gsver~znzmi Gazeftc and unles;i they are expressed to come into lfom on particular dny, shall coma into force on the day on which they are 'so published.
(3) Every rule made under this Act shaU, as soon as possible, after it is made, be placed on the table of both Houses of thc Legislature - and if, before the expiry of the session in which it is so placed or the next asion, both Houses agree in making any modification in any such ' rule or both Houses agree that the rule should not be made, the role sh& thereafter have etiwt only in such modified form or be of nu effect, as the case may.&, so, howcver, that any suck modfication or annulment . shall bc without prejudice to the validity under that rrrle.
I 10. Power ro amend Scl~edule.--The State Gorlerament may, by I notification, from time to time, include any Aood affectad area in the Schdulc ta this Act.
